Child Safety Standards

ISORA is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

The following are strictly forbidden on ISORA and result in immediate, permanent account termination:

• Any sexual content involving minors, real or simulated
• Use of ISORA by anyone under 18
• Solicitation, grooming, or sexualisation of minors
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM

Users must confirm they are 18 or older at registration. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are removed.

Every profile and every individual photo can be reported from within the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. You may also contact us directly at support@isora.app.

On learning of CSAM or CSAE on our platform we remove the content, terminate the account, preserve relevant records, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant local authorities.
