Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ISORA mobile application and related services ("ISORA," "the Service"). By creating an account or using ISORA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use ISORA. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.

ISORA reserves the right to request proof of age and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

When you create an ISORA account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and device
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Use only one account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit through ISORA, including photos, profile information, and messages. You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Is harassing, abusive, threatening, or hateful
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploits minors in any way
• Promotes violence, illegal activity, or discrimination
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Contains spam, advertising, or solicitation unrelated to genuine connection
• Contains another person's image without their consent

ISORA reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict any content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to the community, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

ISORA includes safety features designed to help protect our community, including an Amber Alert feature that allows you to notify trusted contacts if you feel unsafe during a meetup.

The Amber Alert feature is not an emergency service. It does not contact law enforcement, emergency services, or medical professionals on your behalf. In an emergency, always contact your local emergency number immediately (e.g. 112 or 767 in Nigeria).

ISORA is not responsible for the actions of other users on or off the platform. Always exercise caution when meeting people in person. Meet in public places, tell someone you trust where you are going, and trust your instincts.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

ISORA may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
