ISORA ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the ISORA mobile application and related services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

ISORA is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

When you use ISORA, we may collect the following information:

• Phone number — used to create and verify your account, and to deliver match notifications.
• Name — displayed on your profile to other members.
• Age — used to confirm eligibility and display on your profile.
• Gender — used for matching and profile display.
• Photos — profile images you upload to represent yourself on the platform.
• Location — approximate location data used to curate relevant matches in your area.
• Chat messages — messages exchanged with other members through the app.

We may also collect device information, app usage data, and log data necessary to operate and improve the service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create, authenticate, and manage your account
• Deliver your daily curated matches ("The Drop") at 6pm
• Enable messaging and connection requests between members
• Verify profiles and maintain community safety
• Send service-related notifications and updates
• Improve, personalize, and develop ISORA features
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with servers located in Ireland. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data is retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability — request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format

ISORA is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly terminate their account and delete their data.
